Hi, I'm Jonathan from StrategyMix. The purpose of this video is to introduce you to an AI web agent, which we've recently started to offer some of our clients.

The AI web agent is not at all like the simple chatbox you might be used to, which is connected to a customer service agent, probably in a different country. Instead, it's much more of a ChatGPT type of experience, except the interface is on your website or your internet, and the answers are derived from your own knowledge base.

The easiest way for me to show you what I mean is to give you a quick demo.

So let's take a look. Okay, so here we are. We're on the website of a small technology college, and the first thing we're going to do is open up the web AI agent. Okay, so we're going to start with a fairly simple question, which will be: "What time are your courses scheduled?"

Lots of information coming back.

"Would you like to know the schedule for a specific course?"

"Yes."

"I'm interested in hospitality."

There we go. That's it showing here.

"Are you considering?"

"Yes, I am."

"I'm thinking about the diploma in hospitality."

There we go. A massive amount of information. Okay, so I think that's probably sufficient for you to see kinda how it works.

From a customer perspective, there are two key points to highlight. The first is ease of use. It's simply a lot easier to converse with a web agent than it is to read through all the bump on a website just to find out what you're looking for. The second, and this is probably more important, is that the AI agent is able to proactively make suggestions that engage with the customer in a way that is genuinely helpful.
