Deploying AI Marketing Chatbots to increase website engagement

At this Friday Briefing, we will demonstrate a marketing AI Chatbot that you could easily test and deploy, so your prospects can use a Chat-GPT style interface, to search and retrieve information about your products and services from your website and internal data sources, in a way that increases website engagement and builds trust in your brand.

From a marketing perspective, there are broadly two types of AI Chatbots. Content bots, which are designed to enhance your content marketing strategy and Product bot, which are designed to assist prospects in the early stages of the sales cycle. We will cover both in this briefing.

A Marketing AI Chatbot is a low-risk investment as they are available on a SaaS basis, include a knowledge base learning feedback loop to ensure accurate responses and are relatively inexpensive (from £ 290 per month).

During this briefing, we will also explain:

  • Knowledge base tuning with a learning feedback loop, for continuous improvement and market insights
  • Chatbot alerts, information requests and hand offs
  • The knowledge base structure and the underlying Data Access Models
  • Multi-bot pricing and configuration options, including your choice of LLMs
  • How to get started and the key metrics to apply.
